Graphic Designer/Customer Service Rep
 
 
RESPONSIBILITIES:
MEET CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS WITH A SMILE AND ALWAYS BE COURTEOUS
• Prioritizes each day to efficiently and cost-effectively schedule your work
• Keep track of graphic design orders, deadlines and follow ups
• Delegate graphic orders to in-house and freelance designers.
• Work with co-workers and customers with file transfers, design options and proofs
• Answer phones/Greet clients when main customer rep is busy
• Contact clients when proofs are ready
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper records
• Work on different projects simultaneously
• Establish and maintain effective team relationships
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Help clients develop designs
• Keep track of time involved on each design order
• Able to develop basic designs in 15 to 20 minutes
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail Oriented
• Able to work well under pressure to output high volume, high quality work
• Able to sit and view a computer screen for long periods
• Fluently know InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Able to multitask and be time efficient
• Willing to be a Team Player
