Home Instead Senior Care, the world's trusted source of non-medical home care, is seeking a Staff Coordinator to join our team and mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults in our community.

Must be organized, responsible, detail oriented, work in a fast-paced environment.  Excellent verbal, written communication, computer skills, ability to exercise good judgement, work independently and be  a team player.

Seeking an individual who has a passion to serve the senior population.  Position is a critical link to ensure operations continue uninterrupted.  Candidate responsible for all scheduling to provide the highest quality service.

Duties include, but are not limited to: ensure all Client service needs are fullfilled, coordinate CareGiver schedules on a daily basis, ensure proper billing and rates, ensure CareGivers are educated to each client's needs, ensure Client/CareGiver best matched, ensure Client/Famly aware of all schedules and changes, participate in On-Call Phone rotation.

Requirements of Staffing Coordinator:  must live in Culpeper area, communicate with Clients/CareGivers in a friendly manner, at least 21 yrs. old, high school diploma or GED, pass a criminal background check and drug screening, possess a valid driver's license, maintain a properly insured and registered vehicle, be professional and reliable.
