They will also learn exercises to strengthen their core and increase overall stamina in support of Taekwondo progression. Camp leader Wendy Embry has taught Taekwondo for seven years and has instructed youth from kindergarten through high school age. She has earned a 2nd Dan black belt level in Taekwondo.
