DESCRIPTION:Join us on Sunday\, October 4\, for our Fourth Annual No Book Left Behind Festival! This family-friendly event celebrates great books and encourages everyone to help our children read and learn about diverse experiences around the world. The event runs from noon to 5 pm. \n\n\n\nThis year's festival will feature three prominent queer authors:\n\n1 pm: Manil Suri\, PhD\, emeritus university professor of mathematics at the University of Maryland\, and author of the memoir A Room in Bombay.\n\n2:30 pm: Bree Fram\, a retired U.S. Space Force colonel\, and co-editor of With Honor and Integrity and With Valor and Visibility\, and co-author of Forging Queer Leaders.\n\n4 pm: Charles H. Ford\, PhD\, a historian and professor at Norfolk State University and the co-author of Queer Virginia.\n\n\n\nThe festival will host community organizations\, vendors\, and local artists\, including the Madison County Library\, Madison Literacy Council\, MADSafe\, NAACP Culpeper\, and Hundred Acre Books. A craft table will be available for children\, and the Illicit Food Service will provide a variety of empanadas for purchase.
