DESCRIPTION:Are you passionate about helping others learn\, grow\, and connect? The Culpeper Literacy Council is looking for caring community members who would like to teach or co-teach English as a Second Language (ESL) to adult learners right here in Culpeper.\n\nOur learners come from many backgrounds and cultures\, and they bring enthusiasm\, curiosity\, and a deep desire to improve their English for work\, family\, and daily life. No teaching experience is required\; just patience\, kindness\, and a willingness to learn alongside your students. We provide training\, curriculum\, and ongoing support.\n\n \n\nWhat You'll Do\n\n\n	\n	Teach or co-teach an adult ESL class (morning or evening options)\n	\n	\n	Help learners build speaking\, listening\, reading\, and everyday communication skills\n	\n	\n	Create a welcoming\, supportive classroom environment\n	\n	\n	Use CLC-provided lesson plans\, textbooks\, and activities\n	\n	\n	Make a lasting difference in the lives of newcomers and long-term residents\n\n	PS : Group setting or One on one. Most volunteers donate their time by teaching one class each week.
