DESCRIPTION:Kids (3 & older) & adults are invited to Powell Wellness Center (PWC) in Culpeper on Thursday\, June 25\, 1:00-3:30 pm for a free introductory swim lesson! PWC is a host site for the World's Largest Swim Lesson (WLSL)\, held to promote the importance of swim lessons in supporting water safety. Now in its 17th year\, this global event will be taking place at hundreds of aquatic centers\, swim schools and waterparks. We invite anyone who would like an intro to swim skills to visit PWC to enjoy a swim lesson\, learn about water safety and practice skills with a game in our indoor pool & walking river! Registration is required\; spaces are limited.  To register\, contact Karen Irvin\, kirvin@culpeperwellness.org\, 540-445-5383.\n\n\n\nPowell Wellness Center is one of only two Medical Fitness Association-certified facilities in Virginia.  PWC offers medically-integrated fitness programs that help children and adults improve their physical and emotional well-being through health education\, regular exercise and increased physical activity.
