Join our team and be a part of an association whose mission is public protection! The Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB), a nonprofit organization based in Culpeper, Virginia, provides support and services to the social work regulatory community to advance safe, competent, and ethical practices to strengthen public protection.

ASWB is seeking an Examination Administration Program Manager to optimize resources to provide excellent customer service through the management of the examination administration project coordinators by monitoring workflow, candidate communications, reporting, and ensuring data entry and customer service meet the standards through effective communications, coaching, training, and development. This position will work in conjunction with the Director of Examination Administration and Candidate Services Program Manager to oversee the work of the department. This is NOT a full-time remote work opportunity. 

 
Key Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Five or more years of experience managing a department or team
  • Proficiency with data entry, MS Office Suite, and an understanding of complex customized software programs (e.g., candidate management and product sales)
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain efficient work processes and organizational structure
  • General knowledge of the social work profession and experience in a nonprofit association environment preferred
Competitive Salary & Benefits Package  including health, dental, life insurance, PTO, paid parental leave, retirement, and more! Flexible, hybrid work week is 37.5 hours Monday – Friday. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required. The annual salary range is $73,000 - $115,000.
