Job Description
Seeking employees with enthusiasm and interest for learning about craft beer and cider. Tasting Room Staff member will be responsible for a variety of job duties, including tending the bar, assisting with brewing and related tasks, performing record keeping tasks, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of indoor and outdoor facilities. Staff member must be able to work on a rotating schedule Thursday through Sunday. Tasting Room Staff can expect 8-16 hours per week with opportunities for additional hours during spring and summer. Shifts last in duration from 5-8 hours, beginning at 1:30 on weekdays and 10:30 on weekends. Closing shifts on weekends may be onsite up to 12:30 am on Fridays and 11:30 on Saturdays (possibly later during high volume days). In addition to a base rate of $6.00 per hour, employees receive tips as part of their wages. Average hourly rate can range from $18-$25 (or more).
