FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2020 Empowering Culpeper to host monthly drive-thru food distribution on Saturday CULPEPER, Va. – Empowering Culpeper, an all-volunteer food distribution program of People Incorporated, will host its monthly food distribution this Saturday in the Culpeper County High School parking lot from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Households must meet income eligibility criteria and register for the distribution. Volunteers will be on-site to assist during the registration process
