Street Closure/Underground Electrical Install
 
 
The Town of Culpeper Light & Power Department will have East Spencer Street closed just south of the intersection of East Spencer Street and Nalle place on Thursday February 27th, 2025.
 
The work will begin at 8am and is expected to last 4-5 hours. 
 
The closure is for the installation of electric infrastructure under the roadway.
 
In the case of a major weather event, this operation will be rescheduled.
 
 Motorists should expect delays and take alternate routes if possible and are asked to pay attention to changing conditions within the work zone.
