The Virginia Chamber Foundation, VCF Workforce and Education Center, Virginia Business Higher Education Council, and Virginia Talent and Opportunity Partnership are pleased to present the 2025 Virginia Education and Workforce Conference.
The 2025 Virginia Education & Workforce Conference offers a direct focus on maintaining the Commonwealth’s leadership in education and workforce development. Virginia recently earned the #1 State for Education ranking from CNBC in their “America’s Top States for Business” report, a recognition reflecting our commitment to educational quality. This conference explores how our ongoing investments in workforce and education initiatives contribute to holding this premier position.
This year’s event will feature successful collaborations and explore the interconnectedness across education-workforce. These alliances play a role in building vibrant communities and strengthening Virginia’s economic future. A key area of discussion will be the education and workforce priorities from the developing Blueprint Virginia 2035 list of recommendations. Attendees will learn how cross-sector partnerships can implement these initiatives to develop a more skilled and competitive workforce.
Conference panels and TEDtalk-style presentations will cover innovative early childhood, K-12, and workforce collaborations. Networking breaks will allow attendees to meet students from local Virginia school divisions and see their career and technical education through student-led demonstrations.
For educators, business leaders, policymakers, and community advocates, the 2025 Virginia Education & Workforce Conference is an important forum. Discover how to build upon Virginia’s top-ranked education system and contribute to Blueprint Virginia 2035, ensuring the Commonwealth’s continued economic prosperity.
