The Diamond Dash 5K isn’t just a race — it’s a celebration of courage, confidence, and community! This is the season finale for Girls on the Run Piedmont, where hundreds of girls from across 7 counties will cross the finish line beaming with pride. Each step they take is a reminder that they can do hard things.

Whether you run, walk, skip, or dance your way across the finish line, the Diamond Dash 5K is for everyone — families, friends, running clubs, and community members. You’ll be joining one of the most joyful, colorful, and empowering events in the region.

What to Expect:

• GOTR girls, buddy runners, and coaches from all over the Piedmont

• A flat, fun course starting and finishing inside FredNats Stadium

• Pre-race festivities filled with music, Happy Hair, and high-fives

• A finish line celebration that will leave you smiling for days
