Food Safety School
The Carver Center is hosting Food Safety School.
This hybrid training teaches the fundamentals of food safety and regulatory compliance for beginning, small, and growing value-added food businesses.
The cost for this program is $25 and lunch is included. There is an additional online module that needs to be viewed before the in-person course which should take about another 2 hours.
