Four-Course Wine Dinner with Revalation Vineyards at the Inn & Tavern at Meander

Join us at the Inn & Tavern at Meander for a wonderful evening of delicious food, paired with lovely wines from our friends at Revalation Vineyards in Madison, VA! Take your pick of Friday, October 25 or Saturday, October 26 for a four course dinner with expert pairings from 6:00-9:30 p.m. For $113 per person, guests will receive a first course of smoked salmon and potato pancake with “Radiant” Rosé; a second course of sea scallops with grits, prosciutto and orange butter with “Brightwood” Sauvignon blend; a third course of filet mignon with fingerling potatoes (a roulade of roasted eggplant is the vegetarian option) with “Village” Cabernet Sauvignon blend; and a dessert course of ginger cheesecake with Petit Manseng. Additionally, guests are welcome to enjoy a short reception beforehand to hear from Revalation’s husband and wine owners, Julien Moiseiwitsch and Françoise Seillier-Moiseiwitsch, about the wines. Guests will also be able to learn more about the Inn and its history. The owners of Revalation Vineyards originally came up with the idea to start the winery while dining at the Meander, so this is truly a full circle moment. Guests are also welcome to book a room for the night in one of the four rooms in the main manor or eight dog-friendly cottages. Breakfast service is included for overnight guests and is offered daily.
