Cedar Mountain Battlefield Foundation hosts historian Frank O’Reilly for a lecture about the military career of Maj. Gen. Thomas J. “Stonewall” Jackson. The event is part of the Cedar Mountain Battlefield annual living history weekend, August 9th-11th, commemorating the anniversary of the 1862 clash between Confederate forces under legendary Maj. Gen. Thomas J. “Stonewall” Jackson and Federal forces under Maj. Gen. Nathaniel Banks. Frank O’Reilly, historian and National Park Service Ranger is the acclaimed author of “The Fredericksburg Campaign: Winter War on the Rappahannock”.
