Trains!
All aboard as we will learn about trains! Participants will not only hear about trains but they will get to build some train tracks. They will also get to create their own train to take home.
“Little Learners” is the museum’s interactive series of children’s programming that brings fun facts, objects, and activities out of the past!
The series is held monthly for children 2-5 years old. Each month will feature a different craft inspired by local history. Past programs have included drawing maps, construction paper traffic lights, and tissue paper basketballs!
A Parent/guardian must accompany their children.
This program is FREE thanks to a Power of Change grant from the Rappahannock Electric Cooperative.
THIS EVENT IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO 15 CHILDREN. PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.
Participants may be photographed for use in museum promotional and marketing material.
