POP Talks: Productive Client Relations in Tense Conditions
We’ve all had them—Clients who push our buttons or clients that are so frustrated, they are difficult to hold a productive conversation with. What are the most effective ways to respond to difficult or agitated clients? Discuss and learn strategies with colleagues and Lawrie Parker, founder of the Piedmont Dispute Resolution Center. Program attendance is complimentary for board, staff, and volunteers of organizations operating within the PATH service area (Fauquier, Rappahannock, and northern Culpeper Counties).
