Stronger Memory: Build Better Brain Health

Developed by Goodwin, the StrongerMemory Program is designed to improve brain health. The program involves 30 minutes of reading, writing, and math exercises. The goal is to stimulate the part of the brain that helps with retrieving memory.

Generations Central hosts a one-hour class for older adults to encourage socialization while also promoting brain health and keeping them active.

The one-hour program includes social outings, expert presenters, fun activities, and more.
