Wicked Bottom Fun Run Festival

Join us on May 3rd for the Wicked Bottom Fun Run Festival, taking place among the beautiful trails of Lenn Park and the stunning landscape of Old House Vineyards in Culpeper. This springtime event, reimagined by Girls on the Run Piedmont, offers something for every runner and walker, including a 1/2 mile fun run, a versatile 5K, and a challenging 10K option.

For our youngest enthusiasts, the 1/2 mile fun run is a delightful opportunity. This event is free for children under 8, with a simple request: bring a package of diapers to donate to Mom2Mom Virginia, helping local families in need. Our flagship 5K is available timed or untimed to suit different goals, and the new 10K option challenges seasoned runners to go the extra mile.

A key feature of the festival is the Reverse Happy Hair initiative, collecting hair care donations for SAFE (Services for Abused Families). By contributing hair care products, participants aid in providing crucial support and restoring dignity to survivors of abuse.

This year's Empowerment Village, the heart of our festival, is bursting with free family activities. Enjoy delicious offerings from food trucks, capture memories in our 360 Photo Booth, and participate in engaging kids' activities. Furthermore, Gwyneth's Gift will offer free CPR training after the run, teaching skills that save lives, open to all ages.
