Wine Boot Camp at Little Washington Winery

Not so basic training - You could call this class “Wine 301”. Our winemaker, Carl, leads the discussion and talks about how white wine is made, how red wine is made, how to achieve aeration perfection, why you should be loving rosés and how to find the good ones, how to behave in a restaurant, and all the tidbits about wine nobody else tells you. This class is all about 3 ounce arm curls, and includes a molecular pairing experiment with a sandwich, and a chocolate pairing session.
