Member Outreach Program Coordinator
Overview
The Association of Social Work Boards (ASWB) provides support and services to the social work regulatory community to advance safe, competent, and ethical practices to strengthen public protection.
ASWB is seeking a Member Outreach Program Coordinator responsible for managing all aspects of member and volunteer experience including member and volunteer onboarding, membership database management and communications, and coordination of member engagement teams, and processes. The primary goal of the Member Outreach Program Coordinator is to ensure positive member and volunteer experience in all facets of engagement with ASWB. Strong computer skills in Microsoft office suite, CRM programs, and online meeting support are required. Please read the job description for the full list of responsibilities.
This is NOT a full-time remote work opportunity.
Key Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and solutions-based attitude
- Experience working cross functionally on teams
- Successful work experience in customer service, marketing, and online meetings
- Strong clerical skills with close attention to detail and accuracy
- Skilled with Microsoft Office Suite products, Zoom, and Survey Monkey
- Experience with customer relationship management database software programs, web design and content management tools
- Effective and proactive team communicator, facilitator, problem solver, and decision maker
- Works effectively using discretion, independent judgment, and without close supervision
- Highly organized; ability to handle multiple tasks and apply judgement to prioritize and make decisions
- Ability to collaborate, share ideas and assist team members on projects during peaks of activities as needed
- Some travel domestically and internationally over weekends may be required according to ASWB travel policies.

Competitive Salary & Benefits Package including health, dental, life and disability insurance, PTO, paid parental leave, retirement, competitive salary: $58,800 - $91,000 / year, and more! Flexible, hybrid work week is 37.5 hours Monday - Friday.
