Hello! My name is Kelley Pearson, and I am the Salem District representative on the Culpeper County School Board. Thank you for your interest in -- and support of -- Culpeper County Public Schools!
I have 33 years' experience in public education, with 27 years here in Culpeper as an Assistant Principal at CCHS (1990-2008) and at EVHS (2008-2017). I ran for the CCPS School Board as a continuation of my service to public education, and my current, 4-year term in office began on January 1, 2024.
As a School Board member, I am grateful to again be of service to — as well as an advocate for — ALL our CCPS students, parents and families, employees, schools, and the community of Culpeper. I am an experienced, qualified, and independent representative, and I welcome input from everyone and multiple points of view. I will continue to be a skillful listener, a problem solver, and a consensus builder.
