Be Part of the Fun: Showcase Your Business at Culpeper’s Community Events!

Culpeper County Parks & Recreation has three very large community events scheduled this year (two candy hunts and  National Night Out), and we’d love to have you attend! These events are a great way to engage in the community, get your information out there, and have fun!

To sign up to attend, complete page 3 of the Application and return, OR register online.

Options for booth spaces:

• Community Partner:  Provide some sort of engagement/activity for the community
  • Provide free giveaways or
  • Provide a craft or
  • Provide a game or
  • Bring a vehicle for the “touch a truck” section
  • May not have any items/services for sale
  • BOOTH SPACE IS FREE, 
  • Standard size is 10’x10’.  Larger spaces may be available
• Selling or Information only booth
  • You want to be at the event but are not able to provide an activity but want to provide information about your organization or
  • You will be selling items or services
  • Booth spaces are $25 for a 10’x10’
• Food Trucks
  • Booth spaces are $100
