Eastern View High School’s E2 Team Seeks Community Input for Innovative Social Media App

Students in Eastern View High School’s E2 program is calling on local businesses and community members to participate in a survey that will help shape an exciting new social media platform, InTuned.

Each year, students at both high school can take the E2 class in the spring. Within each class, teams of 3-4 students are randomly selected and paired with two coaches from the business community. Their challenge: to develop a business concept, complete a detailed business plan, and present their idea to a panel of local business leaders acting as venture capitalists.

InTuned is this year’s groundbreaking business idea from one of Eastern View’s student teams. Designed to foster deep connections between users through the power of music, InTuned aims to redefine social media engagement. The students are conducting a survey to gather valuable insights that will ensure the app is optimized to meet user needs from day one.

The E2 program is a fantastic opportunity for students to apply real-world business principles while engaging with the local business community. The feedback from this survey will be instrumental in shaping InTuned into a platform that resonates with users and stands out in the digital landscape.

The competition culminates in a final round where the top six teams present their business plans, with the ultimate prize being $10,000 in scholarship funds for each member of the winning team.
