Eastern View High School’s E2 Team Seeks Community Input for Ready-Made Home Gardens
A team of students from Eastern View High School’s Entrepreneurship & Enterprise (E2) program is seeking community feedback on their innovative business concept: ready-made home gardens. This fictional yet practical venture aims to make fresh, homegrown food accessible to all by providing customizable garden kits tailored to each customer's needs.
Each year, three Career & Technical Education elective classes participate in the E2 program, where teams of students work together to develop a business concept, craft a business plan, and present their idea to a panel of local business leaders. These mentors act as venture capitalists, evaluating the viability of each student-led enterprise.
To ensure the best possible product offerings, the team has created a survey to gather community input on preferences for garden sizes and plant selections. Your feedback will play a crucial role in refining their business model and making these ready-made gardens a valuable addition to local households.
The competition will conclude with a final round, where the top six teams will compete for a $10,000 scholarship prize awarded to each member of the winning team.
Community members and local businesses are encouraged to support this student-driven initiative by completing the survey linked below: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScOLtvfqJXfxI6bG227iFprcPXGtux2JrVTsFQtkHszBLVLlQ/viewform?usp=sharing
