Culpeper Literacy Council (CLC) is excited to introduce Khalil Benhajjam as the new Director of Programs. Originally from Morocco, Khalil brings a deep personal connection to our mission. Having learned English as a second language himself, he understands the challenges of adapting to a new country and is passionate about empowering others to succeed.

Khalil first joined CLC as a volunteer tutor, inspiring learners with his warmth and dedication. Now, as Director of Programs, he aims to expand CLC’s reach by fostering community connections and introducing innovative initiatives. “I believe in the power of language to transform lives,” Khalil shared. “I’m honored to help more learners gain the tools to thrive.”
