Pole replacement


The Town of Culpeper Light & Power Department will have South East Street closed between Old Fredericksburg rd. and Page Street on Friday March 28th for a pole replacement. 

The work will begin at 7am and is expected to last 8-10 hours.  

The residential customers on Bickers street and the food businesses off Cherry Street will be affected by a power outage and will be notified individually with durations and details as they are available.  

In the case of a major weather event, this operation will be rescheduled.

 Motorists should expect delays and take alternate routes if possible and are asked to pay attention to changing conditions within the work zone.
