RISE - Reaching Independence through Saving and Education

The RISE Match Savings Program is being offered in partnership with the Virginia Department of Social Services.

For every $1 a participant saves, they receive an $8 match for up to $4,000 in match!

Participants must meet these criteria to qualify:

• On an active TANF/VIEW case
• Employed
• Living in a participating community
• At least 18 years old
• A U.S. citizen
• Have a financial goal of home ownership, post-secondary education (for the participant or their children), vehicle purchase, small business ownership, or self-sufficiency.
 
The program is available in all 16 counties and cities we serve including Culpeper, Fauquier, and Rappahannock.
