Plein air painting, described as the largest painting movement in art history, has captured the attention of nearly everyone who picks up a paintbrush. But how to begin? This plein air workshop, held on the incomparably beautiful grounds of Revalation Vineyard in the Hebron Valley north of Madison, VA, will provide a basic understanding of the essential supplies and techniques needed to head into “the great outdoors” to paint. ??? Tickets are available on our website for $110 per person and are non-refundable. Class minimum: 5 participants (fees will be refunded if fewer than five participants register). Registration deadline: Friday, October 9. Class tickets include access to Revalation Vineyards’ En Plein Air, with access to the grounds from dawn to dusk and the chance to exhibit your work in the tasting room at the end of the day. Bring your painting supplies and equipment. Any painting medium is welcome.
