STRONG by Zumba
Strong by Zumba™ is an exciting NEW workout that fuses high intensity interval training (HIIT) and music to help you work harder while still having fun! This is not a dance fitness class. This class is morea long the line of a "Boot Camp" style class- think burpees and jumping jacks. Taught be a licensed Strong by Zumba ™ instructor and AFAA certified group fitness instructor. Please wear sneakers and bring a bottle of water and a towel.
