CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY 

The Town of Culpeper Light & Power Department will be conducting a phase conversion on our electrical equipment in the Hunters Rd area. Light and Power customers who live along Hunters Rd, Pelhams Reach Dr, Woodruff Ln, Whitworth Dr, Blossom Tree Rd, Homeplace Dr, and Covington St will be affected.  

 The work will begin Thursday October 1st, 2026 at 8:30am. Costumers in the areas on the map will experience momentary outages between 8:30 and 11:30.  We do have multiple locations to convert so customers outages in the area will be at different times throughout the morning but outages will all be momentary. 

In the case of a major weather event or emergency, this operation will be rescheduled.
