“Elementary Explorers” is the museum’s series of programming for 5-9 year-olds that brings fun facts and activities out of the past!
Halloween!
Ever wonder why we carve jack-o-lanterns at Halloween? Well, put on your Halloween costume (age-appropriate and NO MASKS, please), and come learn about fun Halloween traditions, help Halloween monsters get supplies for their holiday party, and make a jack-o-lantern to take home.
The series, targeted at ages 5-9, will be held monthly. Each month will feature a different craft inspired by local history.
A Parent/ guardian must accompany their children.
THIS EVENT IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO 15 CHILDREN. PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED!
Participants may be photographed for use in museum promotional and marketing material.
