  • $70,000–$85,000 average first-year earnings
  • Top performers exceed $140,000+ in year one

What You’ll Do

  • Build and manage a growing book of clients through networking, referrals, field marketing, and outbound activity.
  • Assess client needs and present tailored solutions across multiple carriers.
  • Deliver exceptional service throughout the sales and policy lifecycle.
  • Leverage modern CRM tools, data insights, and Comparion’s marketing resources to drive results.
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team to achieve ambitious sales targets.

What You Bring

  • Proven sales success and a passion for exceeding goals.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Resilience, competitiveness, and ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred), outside-sales experience (preferred), and insurance experience (a plus but not required).
