The following are highlights of last year's Art Show.
- A diverse crowd of 119 people attended the show.
- The venue, Culpeper's State Theater is located on Main Street, Culpeper's main thoroughfare.
- There were seven artists, three from Virginia, three from Maryland, and one from DC who has family roots here in Culpeper.
- Artists included Joe Broadway, Nina Carpenter, Keiona Clark, Jay Durrah, Allita Irby, Sheila Jackson, and Victor Montague.
- All of the artists sold their art, both originals as well as prints.
- Everyone had a wonderful time. The vibe was fun, collegial, somewhat laid back, and educational.
Based on the highlights above and post-show feedback, we believe this year's show will be even more successful. However, we cannot have a show without you! We hope that you will participate and if you know of any artists whose work is in alignment with the theme, please forward the attached information to them. Thank you in advance for your participation and support. We look forward to hearing from you.
