Becoming a Man Club at AG Richardson seeks support for end of the school year Banquet

To whom it may concern,
A few AG Richardson Elementary teachers are continuing an after-school program called “Becoming A Man” (BAM) Club, geared towards 4th and 5th grade boys. This is the 6th year that we have hosted this club.
Our purpose for BAM club is to teach and instill principles in our boys during their youth, so that they may use these skills as they grow from a boy into a young man. Part of our curriculum will be designated towards proper attire and dressing with confidence, and teaching the boys how to “tie a tie.” However, we expand into other areas, such as hygiene, manners, sportsmanship, and community service, to name a few. The program reaches out to key members of our community to come in and be guest speakers.
We are planning our end of year banquet for our BAM Club program. We would like to present each boy with a customized tie pin that has the letters BAM on it. For our members who are in the club for the second year we would like to present them with customized cufflinks that also have the letters BAM on them. So that way, two year members will have the tie pin and cufflinks to match. If possible we would like to secure a sponsor to purchase these gifts for our boys.
We are also looking to secure sponsors and donations for our end-of-year banquet that would cover the cost of food (for approximately 100 people), drinks, decorations, and prep. Any and all donations will go directly to making the experience for the boys better and more enjoyable. Funds may also be used to provide the boys with unique experiences throughout the program so we can give them memorable and enjoyable experiences. All sponsors and donors will be invited to join us for the banquet to celebrate the amazing accomplishments and growth from our boys and this club, and will be listed on the brochure for the event.
