Community Invited to Welcome Home Local Vietnam Veterans from Honor Flight

CULPEPER, VA – The community is invited to join in welcoming home our local Vietnam Veterans as they return from their Honor Flight trip. Bring a flag, your patriotic spirit, and help give these deserving veterans the heartfelt reception they earned through their service and sacrifice.

Honor Flight provides veterans with the opportunity to visit the memorials in Washington, D.C., dedicated to honoring their service. As they return, community members are encouraged to gather and show their appreciation with cheers, flags, and a warm welcome.

Many Vietnam Veterans never received the homecoming they deserved. This event offers our community a chance to say, "Welcome Home" and thank them for their sacrifices.

Please arrive by 6:00 p.m. for the veterans' arrival and welcome celebration.
