Culpeper Chamber Celebrates Local Excellence at 110th Annual Meeting & Awards Banquet 
 
Culpeper, VA – November 21, 2024 – The Culpeper Chamber of Commerce celebrated outstanding businesses, individuals, and organizations at its sold-out 110th Annual Meeting & Awards Banquet. This prestigious event highlighted the exceptional contributions that drive success, innovation, and community impact in Culpeper. 
 
This year’s award recipients included: 

  • Entrepreneur of the Year: Franz & Karina Rodriguez, 101 Latino Multiservice LLC, for their remarkable vision, initiative, and success in serving the community. 
  • Large Business of the Year: Rappahannock Electric Cooperative, recognized for embodying the Chamber’s values through growth, community engagement, and workforce development. 
  • Nonprofit of the Year: Girls on the Run Piedmont, honored for its impactful programs that empower local youth and foster community well-being. 
  • Small Business of the Year: Thompson’s Auto Repair, celebrated for its integrity, customer service, and positive influence in Culpeper. 
  • Young Professional of the Year: Winonna Pritts, Culpeper Department of Economic Development, for her creativity, innovation, and dedication to advancing the local economy. 
  • L. B. Henretty Award: Lisa Peacock, selected for her exceptional contribution to society, both individually and through her involvement with various organizations, making a lasting impact in Culpeper.
  • Business-Education Partnership Award (new in 2024): Culpeper County Public School System, recognized for fostering collaborative opportunities that connect education and local businesses.
