PATH Foundation Celebrates Grand Opening of New Culpeper Office

CULPEPER, Va. – The Culpeper Chamber of Commerce recently joined community leaders, nonprofit partners, and supporters to celebrate the grand opening and ribbon cutting of the PATH Foundation's new Culpeper office, located at 201 Waters Place in Downtown Culpeper.

The new office represents an important milestone for the organization, which has been investing in Culpeper County and surrounding communities for more than a decade through grants, partnerships, volunteer engagement, leadership development, and nonprofit support initiatives.

During the ceremony, Amy Frazier, President & CEO of the Culpeper Chamber of Commerce, recognized the significant impact PATH Foundation has made throughout the community.

"It is always a special occasion when we get to celebrate an organization that has made such an impact on our community," Frazier said. "Long before opening this office, the PATH Foundation has been deeply invested in Culpeper, supporting organizations and opportunities that are changing lives every day."

Frazier highlighted the organization's broad-reaching influence through both financial support and community programs.

"Through millions of dollars in grants and support for nonprofits, their impact can be felt throughout our community," she said. "Their work goes far beyond funding."

She noted resources such as the Volunteer Hub, Community Link, Summer Internship Program, and the Center for Nonprofit Excellence as examples of PATH Foundation's commitment to strengthening the nonprofit and community landscape.

"This office really represents a deeper investment in the people, the organizations, and the future of Culpeper," Frazier said.

Christy Connolly, President & CEO of PATH Foundation, reflected on the organization's longstanding relationship with the Culpeper community and the significance of opening a dedicated local office.

"Yes, we've been investing in Culpeper County for over 10 years," Connolly said. "But we're really, really pleased to now have a physical presence as well."

Connolly highlighted several local initiatives and organizations that have benefited from PATH Foundation support, including Generation Central, PlayDate, housing initiatives, and the Culpeper Free Clinic.

The new office will also serve as a hub for several PATH Foundation-supported resources.

"Being here doesn't mean just the PATH Foundation," Connolly said. "It's the PATH Foundation, our great partners at the Center for Nonprofit Excellence, the Volunteer Hub, and Ways to Work."

She explained that the Center for Nonprofit Excellence provides free services and resources to Culpeper-area nonprofits, while the Volunteer Hub helps connect individuals with meaningful volunteer opportunities throughout the community.

"We're happy to have all of those resources here in this space and look forward to talking with you and learning more about what your needs are and how we can work together," Connolly said.

Following the ribbon cutting, attendees enjoyed Kona Ice refreshments while networking and learning more about the programs and resources available through PATH Foundation and its community partners.

The new Culpeper office further strengthens PATH Foundation's commitment to supporting local nonprofits, fostering volunteerism, and investing in initiatives that improve the health and vitality of the region.
