Roadway Improvements – Mill and Overlay
The Town of Culpeper Public Works Department has scheduled a contractor to mill and overlay on Sunset Lane from Madison Road to Orange Road and Redbud Street from Sunset Lane to Laurel Street.
The contractor will begin operations on Monday, April 6th, and is projected to complete the operation on Friday, April 10th, weather permitting. The hours of operation will be from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The safety work zone will require temporary flagging operations and intermittent street closures.
Drivers and pedestrians should stay alert to changing conditions in the work zones and consider using alternate routes.
