Support The Upcoming CCHS Musical, ''Little Shop of Horrors!''

Dear Patron,

The CCHS Theatre Department is proud to present this year’s musical production of “Little Shop of Horrors!” We’re inviting local businesses and community members to support our students by purchasing ad space in our printed program, or by contributing materials and sponsorships that help bring this production to life.

In appreciation of your generosity, we offer complimentary tickets to the show based on the level of sponsorship, along with your advertisement featured in our program seen by hundreds of audience members during multiple performances. Below are descriptions of our Gold, Silver, and Bronze sponsorship tired sponsorship opportunities.

Tier Details and Benefits

*Special Offer: Billboard Sponsorship*
(Single, First-Come, First-Served & Time Sensitive Opportunity- $500)

We are offering a single, first-come, first-served opportunity for one business to sponsor the onstage rooftop billboard featured in the set! This billboard remains visible throughout the entire performance and is designed in a 1960s vintage style to match the show’s aesthetic.

This $500 billboard sponsorship is a specialty add-on and is separate from the Gold/Silver/Bronze tiers.Businesses may choose to sponsor the billboard alone or in addition to a tier package.

The Billboard Sponsorship Includes:

  • Exclusive placement of your vintage-style business logo on the rooftop billboard set piece

  • Collaborative design support to ensure the ad fits the 1960s aesthetic

  • Recognition in the program as: “Onstage Billboard Sponsor”

This add-on is time sensitive as we would like to begin the design process as soon as possible. It does not include the full benefit package of the Gold, Silver, or Bronze tiers, which focus on broader digital, print, and ticket benefits.


1. Gold Producer's Circle ($1000+)
This tier is for businesses that want maximum exposure and a close association with the musical's success.

Key Benefits

  • Program & Print Recognition:

    • Full-Page, Premium Ad in the program (e.g., inside front/back cover).
      Largest Logo Size on all print materials (posters, flyers, etc.).

  • Verbal & Digital Recognition:

    • Dedicated Recognition by the director before every performance.    

    • Prominent Logo on the school's digital marquee or display for the week of the show.

    • Largest Logo & Link on the school's theater/musical website.

  • On-Site Visibility:

    • Exclusive Display in the main lobby or theater entrance.

    • Opportunity to set up a small information table/display during pre-show and intermissions.

  • Complimentary Tickets:

    • Eight (8) complimentary tickets to use for any performance.

2. Silver Spotlight Patron ($500-$999)
This tier offers excellent visibility and direct engagement with the audience, ideal for local services or restaurants.

Key Benefits:

  • Program & Print Recognition:

    • Half-Page Ad in the program.

    • Medium Logo Size on all print materials (posters, flyers, etc.).

  • Verbal & Digital Recognition:

    • Inclusion in a Group Recognition Announcement before every performance.    

    • Medium Logo & Link on the school's theater/musical website.

    • Recognition via social media shout-outs from the school/theater department.

  • On-Site Visibility:

    • Logo placement on a shared "Thank You" poster displayed in the lobby.

    • Opportunity to include a small promotional item/coupon in a welcome envelope or basket for volunteers/cast/crew.

  • Complimentary Tickets:

    • Four (4) complimentary tickets to use for any performance.

3. Bronze Chorus Supporter ($200-$499)
This tier is perfect for smaller businesses, family donations, or individuals looking to show support and gain basic recognition.

Key Benefits:

  • Program & Print Recognition:

    • Quarter-Page Ad or Prominent Text Listing in the program.

    • Small Logo/Name Listing on posters and flyers.

  • Digital Recognition:

    • Name Listing on the school's theater/musical website.

    • Inclusion in a final "Thank You" post on social media.

  • Complimentary Tickets:

    • Two (2) complimentary tickets to use for any performance.

Businesses may also donate materials such as lumber, paint, fabric, or other production supplies in exchange for ad space. We deeply appreciate any level of support you can provide.
