Local Disability Nonprofit Launches Young Entrepreneurs Initiative

The Arc of North Central Virginia is calling on the community to help raise $5,000 in 30 days to launch the Community of Self-Advocates (COSA) Young Entrepreneurs, a new initiative supporting young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in starting or expanding their own businesses.
