Unidirectional Flushing Hospital & High Pressure Zone (HPZ) Areas The Town of Culpeper Public Works Department will be performing overnight unidirectional flushing (UDF) of the water distribution system in the area surrounding the Hospital and the High Pressure Zone (HPZ), including Southridge, Orange Road and Elizabeth Crossing. We will begin on Tuesday evening, 9/02/25 and continue through Friday morning, 9/05/25, weather permitting. Flushing crews will be working overnight from 6:00 PM to 8:00
