Culpeper Young Professionals Raise $9,357 for Culpeper County Volunteer Fire & Rescue Association

CULPEPER, VA – The Culpeper Young Professionals (YPs), a committee of the Culpeper Chamber of Commerce, are proud to announce that their 2025 fundraising efforts have resulted in a $9,357 donation to the Culpeper County Volunteer Fire & Rescue Association.

The check presentation took place on Thursday, October 16, marking the culmination of the group’s annual fundraising initiatives, including the popular Charity Crab Feast and Community Car Wash events.

“This year’s fundraising success is a testament to what can happen when a community comes together for a common cause,” said Winona Pritts, Chair of the Culpeper Young Professionals. “Our volunteers and sponsors worked tirelessly, and every dollar raised represents the generosity and heart of Culpeper. We’re incredibly proud to support our local Fire & Rescue heroes who selflessly serve our community every day.”

The Culpeper Young Professionals would like to extend heartfelt thanks to all sponsors, donors, and community members who attended events, purchased tickets, and made this contribution possible. Their continued support empowers the group to give back to local organizations that make a lasting impact in the community.

The Young Professionals group is open to individuals under 40 who live or work in Culpeper County and are passionate about professional growth, networking, and community involvement.  The group meets on the first Wednesday of each month for a Networking Luncheon at Peppers Grill at 12:00 PM.
