Full-Time Children's Director (serving children 0-12 years old)

Culpeper Baptist Church is seeking a full-time Children Director to lead our ministry for children from birth through 5th grade.
What You’ll Do
•             Lead engaging, age-appropriate biblical teaching
•             Create a safe, joyful, and welcoming environment
•             Be part of a team committed to encouraging families and children. 
•             Recruit and lead volunteers
•             Oversee Sunday morning programming
What We’re Looking For
•             Experience working with children (church, school, or nonprofit)
•             Strong leadership and communication skills
•             Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
Details
•             Salary: $60,000-70,000 and a generous benefit stipend
