Part-Time Youth Director (serving ages 12-22)

Are you a teacher—or someone with a heart for young people—looking to make a meaningful impact beyond the classroom while earning supplemental income?  Our youth ministry offers a rewarding opportunity to do both.
We are seeking two part-time Youth Directors to lead a community-focused youth ministry.
Time Commitment
•             School Year: 10–15 hours per week – flexible hours/days
•             Summer: Includes a few camp weeks and select weeks requiring 30–35 hours
Compensation
•             $25,000–$30,000 annually
Responsibilities
•             Lead weekly youth gatherings
•             Develop and oversee small group opportunities
•             Build relationships with teens
•             Engage partner organizations within the community
